So I had this little free app installed and played around a bit with the interface and it looks decent.
No need for a browser even with HD! Don't know any other app that will play Veetle HD channels without a browser.

Interface isn't fancy but gets the job done.
Veetle and Justin.tv ch's are categorized and have the option to use HD or Flash (non-HD):
You have full controls of the size/aspect ratios/full screen when the video starts playing:
It looks like its just a embed of the browser version so the controls will feel the same.
